These Terms of Use govern your use of DMOnly (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
DMOnly is a self-management tool that helps you limit your use of distracting apps on your iPhone. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API to apply system-level locks on apps you select. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is not designed for use by children or as a parental control tool.
Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple via the App Store. Subscription terms (price, renewal, cancellation) are governed by your App Store account and Apple's standard subscription terms. To cancel, manage your subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Submit them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App is a tool, not a guarantee. We are not liable for any consequences of using or relying on the App, including missed messages or calls during locked windows. Use at your own discretion.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
